DESCRIPTION

Delightfully intriguing, Haworthia reticulata stands as a testament to the exquisite beauty that succulents can bring to any collection. Native to the arid landscapes of South Africa, this petite powerhouse captivates with its translucent, lance-shaped leaves that create a mesmerizing, rosette pattern. The leaves are adorned with a reticulated, web-like pattern of raised white ridges, which not only gives it its name but also adds a fascinating texture and depth to its appearance.

Growing to a modest size of about 4 inches in height and width, Haworthia reticulata is perfect for those tight on space but seeking a striking plant presence. Its compact size and low-maintenance nature make it an ideal choice for office desks, small apartments, or as a charming addition to a succulent garden. Unlike some of its more sprawling cousins, this Haworthia prefers to grow upwards, forming a tight cluster that retains a neat and tidy form.

While it may not boast the colorful foliage of some succulents, the real show comes when it is placed in strong light – the leaves become almost transparent at the tips, allowing light to pass through and illuminate the intricate patterns within. And though it blooms less frequently, when it does, it produces delicate, white flowers on long stems that rise above the foliage, adding an unexpected and delightful contrast to its geometric beauty.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned succulent lovers alike, Haworthia reticulata requires minimal care, thriving on neglect and occasional waterings. It's a splendid choice for adding a touch of architectural elegance and natural wonder to your home or office.

PLANT SIZING & APPEARANCE

Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
