Shipping & Returns
Shipping of live plants will occur between Monday and Wednesday each week on orders placed before 2pm Wednesday afternoon. We will do our best to adhere to this timeframe, but delays may occur. Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Occasionally, we will ship on Thursday if your package will arrive by Saturday. This is done in an effort prevent unnecessary time spent in a warehouse over the weekend during transit. We want your plants to arrive in great condition, which means achieving the shortest transit time possible.
Shipping will be via United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS within the continental United States ONLY.
All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot. This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expense. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight. Do not water your plants for 3-7 days following repotting. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Typically, less than a day is required, but occasionally unforeseen delays occur.
We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely.
We do not offer returns on live plants, but we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only ship plants that are disease free and of good quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit.
If plants arrive damaged due to transit, we will make things right by either sending replacements or issuing a store credit. Refunds are not available on live plants. The solution is chosen on a case by case basis, per our discretion. In order for this to happen, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order by sending an email to email@example.com. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants. Do not dispose of the plants or packaging as the carrier may request their return.
