Syngonium 'Merry'

DESCRIPTION
Bearing an uncanny resemblance to its cheerful moniker, the Syngonium 'Merry' is a delightful houseplant native to tropical rain forests of Latin America. Flaunting a remarkable palette of ivory, green, and a blushing pink - further highlighted by the arrowhead-shaped leaves that give it the popular nickname, 'Arrowhead Plant' - this enchanting specimen can reach an approximate height and width of 3 feet, although its climbing nature allows it to extend its charm even further. In a hanging basket or on a shelf, the cascading vines of the 'Merry' will start to create a lush, tropical curtain of foliage, but when planted in a pot, they will begin to climb upwards, forming a beautiful “climber” effect. This plant is a fast grower and if given the opportunity, it will readily climb a moss pole, or any other form of support, to exhibit its unique natural habit. Adding to the splendid spectacle presented by its foliage, keep an eye out for the petite white flowers that bloom intermittently throughout the year, which add an extra dash of elegance to this already stunning houseplant. However, it's worth noting that the Syngonium 'Merry' is primarily grown for its attractive foliage rather than its flowers. In terms of care, this plant is quite adaptable and forgiving, making it a great choice for beginners. It thrives in bright, indirect light but can also tolerate low light conditions, and prefers a humid environment, much like its natural rainforest habitat. Regular watering, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between each session, and occasional feeding during the growing season will keep this plant looking its best. To sum up, the Syngonium 'Merry' is not just a plant, it's a captivating addition to your indoor garden that promises to transform any space with its tropical charm and vibrant foliage. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or a novice, this houseplant is sure to bring joy and color to your home, living up to its merry name.
PLANT SIZING & APPEARANCE

Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
