All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 1-3 business days, as estimated by USPS.  We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, but USPS's estimates are generally accurate.

Shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS depending on the weight of your package. Packages under 1 pound are eligible for First Class Mail or Priority Mail, while packages of 1 pound or more may only be sent via Priority Mail.  There is generally no difference in shipping time.

Typically no, but if you are in a serious jam and need plants sent out right away, send us a message and we'll do everything we can to help.  There will be an additional fee for USPS Priority Express service. 

A heat pack is a warming pack that we put inside of your shipping box to help keep your plants warm during shipping in winter.  Heat Packs should only be used when you are experience freezing or sub-freezing temperatures in your area.  Heath Packs are NOT guaranteed to protect your plants from frost damage. 

Oh no, sorry about that! sometimes orders can get banged up in shipment.  Simply send photos of the damage along with your name and order number to our Customer Service Team at hello@leafandclay.co.  We'll take care of you!

Sometimes USPS accidentally marks your order as "Delivered" before it actually arrives.   Please allow 12-24 additional hours for your order to arrive once a "Delivery Confirmation" e-mail has been received. We have also had customers report packages being delivered to a neighbors house.
