The broad, spoon shaped leaves of Echeveria ‘Petra’s Perle’ form concentric rosettes that resemble the shape of a garden rose – a resemblance further accentuated by the plant’s maroon, copper, and olive green coloration. Within arrangements, this variety registers more like a perpetual bloom than mere foliage, making it an exceptional addition to even the most seasoned succulent collector’s home and garden.

Bright light is truly the key to success with ‘Petra’s Perle,’ as it will not only encourage the richest coloration but also the most compact, healthy growth of the rosettes and offsets. As is the case with all Echeveria, overwatering can spell disaster for this variety, so care should be taken to provide a thorough drink only once the soil has completely dried through from the last one. A porous soil mix, a well-draining pot, and ample airflow around the leaves and soil surface will further shield against issues such as rot or pests.

During the winter months, be sure to protect these stunning leaves from frosty temperatures.

If you're not completely happy with your Leaf & Clay purchase, we'll do everything we can to make things right!

All plants are shipped bare-root with the exception of House Plants and Plant Club Subscription Boxes. House plants and succulents will ship from separate locations and may arrive at different times. Orders ship Monday-Friday each week. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship within the USA and its outlying territories ONLY. Read our full policy here.

Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
