Aloe 'Coral Fire'

Size

Aloe 'Coral Fire' features rich green leaves accented by light green, dash-shaped marks and coral-hued teeth around the margins, the largest of which are rectangular in shape rather than pointed, making ‘Coral Fire’ a show-stopping succulent. While the teeth look fearsome, they are actually soft to the touch. The upright growth of this variety can reach up to 12 inches high and 8 inches wide, with coral flowers rising above the leaves during the winter months.

A very forgiving plant, ‘Coral Fire’ can tolerate partial shade, but brighter lighting will ensure the richest coloration and healthiest growth. Its biggest nemesis is standing water around its roots, so take care to provide this variety with a porous soil mixture within a well-draining pot, and ensure that there is ample airflow around the leaves and soil surface to ward off dampness. Water thoroughly but infrequently, as the fleshy leaves store a significant quantity of water for the plant. While this Aloe can survive temperatures down to 40 degrees, it prefers warmer temperatures and should be shielded from frost.

    Shipping Information
All plants are shipped bare-root with the exception of Plant Club Subscription Boxes. Orders ship Monday-Friday each week. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship within the USA and its outlying territories ONLY.
    Plant Size & Appearance
Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
