Echeveria 'Starlite'

Size: 2.5"

With compact rosettes of pale, sea green leaves, Echeveria ‘Starlite’ is known to blush a rosy hue along its margins when ‘stressed’ by certain environmental conditions, such as intense sunlight or cool temperatures. Narrow leaves with sharply angled tips set this variety apart from other similarly colored Echeveria, and a habit of profusely offsetting makes ‘Starlite’ an especially great addition to temperate landscapes, where it will act as a groundcover, or indoor arrangements, where it will add a pop of bright color and texture.

Like most Echeveria, 'Starlite' requires bright sunlight in order to achieve its best coloration and maintain a compact rosette shape. Beyond this, ample airflow, porous soil with adequate drainage, and thorough watering only when the soil is completely dry are the key components of a solid care routine. Be mindful not to pour water directly into the rosettes, where it can settle and predispose the plant to rot.

During the winter months, protect ‘Starlite’s fleshy leaves from frost – and as the weather transitions into the warmth of the active growing season, expect to see sprays of orange blooms rise above the rosettes!

All plants are shipped bare-root with the exception of House Plants and Plant Club Subscription Boxes. House plants and succulents will ship from separate locations and may arrive at different times. Orders ship Monday-Friday each week. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship within the USA and its outlying territories ONLY.

Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
