Aloe 'Delta Dawn'

Size: 4"

Aloe 'Delta Dawn' features sage green leaves accented by peach-toned raised markings and serrations along the margins, both of which will deepen in color when exposed to bright light and cool (but not freezing) temperatures. This variety will bring a pop of color to your succulent collection! A flattened, clumping growth habit and wide, triangular leaves give ‘Delta Dawn’ an even more unique look, as compared to other Aloe varieties, and make it a great accent plant in succulent arrangements or rock gardens.

While Aloe plants are very hardy, they require protection from stagnant water – making a porous soil with adequate drainage a must to prevent root rot. Be sure to give this succulent plenty of filtered to bright light, to ensure the richest coloration, as well as ample airflow around the leaves and soil surface. Water it thoroughly only when the soil has become completely dry, and avoid pouring water directly into the rosettes. Further, take care to protect this beauty from frost, which can permanently damage its fleshy leaves.

If you're not completely happy with your Leaf & Clay purchase, we'll do everything we can to make things right!

All plants are shipped bare-root with the exception of House Plants and Plant Club Subscription Boxes. House plants and succulents will ship from separate locations and may arrive at different times. Orders ship Monday-Friday each week. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship within the USA and its outlying territories ONLY.

Plant sizing is based on the diameter of the nursery pot (2", 2.5", 3", 4" etc), not the plant itself. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grow in depending on availability or time of year. While we do our best to ship plants as similar to those pictured as possible, please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors. Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent root rot or freezing. They will plump back up after planting!
